Work Capacity

Monday's Training Session:


21-15-9 reps of:
Overhead squat 115/75 lbs.
Burpee pull-ups

This workout is named in honor of my wife Courtney, who on top of a full-time job additionally runs her own business, serves in our church's children ministries, among other positions and yet still finds time to throw down and stay strong.


  1. did a 1.5 mile run caring a nice big rock. Made the run really challenging. then did the "Courtney" work out. great work out, i really liked it. Used 95 pounds instead of 115.

    Zylstra did the work out as well without the run.
