Wednesday's Training Session:

5x Curtis P. 115/65 lbs.
7x Ankles to bar
10x Burpees

  1. I have a love hate relationship with the Curtis P. it sucks really bad, but makes you so strong :-) Used 135 for my sets and felt it.
