Metabolic Conditioning

Monday's Training Session:

5 Rounds
21x Pull-ups
21x Dips
21x SDHP 95/65 lbs.

Notes: As cited last Friday, the incorporation of gymnastic movements will begin to increase so as to increase strength through the control of our own body weight both dynamically and statically.

  1. Time 12:20, SDHP got me breathing hard, dips wore out the shoulders good.

  2. Went on to practice my squat clean with Matt who was attempting to reach his previous P.R. of 245 lbs. Something finally clicked mentally for me today and I achieved a new squat clean P.R. of 235 lbs.
