"The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him."

Active Recovery:

Practice yoga or active stretching, for about an hour. Today is all about letting your body rebuild and rest. Avoid giving in to the need to go to the gym. Relax and take advantage of this time off.
