4-6x 400m Sprint repeats; you may rest between sets, but only in the front plank position. As soon as you can no longer hold a plank start running...

  1. I did this yesterday. I only know for sure that my first 400m was my fastest at 1:23s. I have no idea what the rest of them were but i am confident they were slower than that, but faster than the 2 min mark. I did 6 rounds.
