*This was my second training session of the day. I had already did Farmer Carries and Hanging Power Cleans in the AM. It was the first time cleaning weight in 9.5 weeks and the first time dead lifting anything in 9.5 weeks since my injury. 225 was as heavy as i felt i could go before I started getting irritation in the injury area. It felt surprisingly heavy as well. I have a long ways to go before i will be back to where i was pre-injury.

I enjoyed the session though. I'm glad to be back with TTC. I expect to have to scale the weights for this strength session. I have no qualms with that.

  2. Good work Chris, be patient but be consistent. Every step even baby steps are still moving forward.

    5 Rounds
    Deadlift 305-325-345-365-365lbs
    DB rows 100lbs

    Overhead carry 175lbs
Tire was light didn't even feel like work. Need a bigger tire!
